Good morning Jacki: since we all are participating in second hand guessing, may I join you?

Would it be possible that NOT, with greater vision this time around, might then step up to the plate again, and make a far more realistic offer to FWR , than Cliffs' measly $1.00 .

Is it not possible that Noront BOD, knowing that they could not match Cliff's ultimate offer, had a three prong attack worked out? We may just be far underestimating our BOD and their ability. We shall see.

A) Force a precipitous reaction with Cliff by forcing her to make her bid early, which Noront knew would only be pennies above anything that Noront would bid each time..

B) Bring international attention to the the ROF for pennies through this action.

C) Knowing that the share holders of FWR would not be happy with a low bid, she stopped at that point, leaving Cliff holding the bid.

D) Now with the Fwr shareholders girding up to reject Cliff's bid, they are also open to accept another small increased bid by Noront, based upon the initial bid and increased value by participation with Noront as a sign that ' they had won' an increase in their share values through their actions.

E) Once Fwr joins with Noront, the others will then tend to go with the flow, and we will have an almost invincible ROF.

p.s. Anyone need a map of Zurich to get to the UBS?
