Some good points. At the same time one can assume, from NOT's NRs about their ability to take care of Infra-structure and their hiring of a renowned engineering company for such work, it might be interesting to find that NOT could well be issuing info. before long of a strategic plan and ...... perhaps some strategic partners. One never knows. One thing we do know, all of the fuss going on about the ROF on all levels from investors to miners to the communities involved all the way to the Gov't with the hungry media lapping it all up.....this is going to be an area to be reckoned with. There's money here and it will draw those that crave it.....and that doesn't leave many out of the equation.
