can be developed on its own. NOT has about 150 Mil shares outstanding and the math is dead on, based on the market caps of all the stocks mentioned. The simple fact is the current dynamics must change in order to have NOT's SP change on its own values. Now market sentiment CAN change and drive the SP yes. The facts of the potential for takeovers may not be what people want to hear, yet they are still the facts.

Reality trumps denial. When reality kicks in, things change.
