3) Is there any incentive to suppress info now? Seems to me, unless Noront were planning to buy out Fancamp, if the ROF could double or triple current ore, plus Cliffs' presence, plus railroad progress, that new Major larger then Cliffs will enter the ROF.

I think this right on Does NOT want to consolidate? It can buy FNC on the cheap. However they now have Mac to contend with He walked away from the FWR deal with $2million And FNC has the CHM iron ore connenection as well as gold in the Beauce I think a smart move for NOT would be just buy FNC Ni and Chrome before they drill or lock them up with a JV
