Noront should share info with Fancamp. This is why (don't slip off this soapbox til the end):

Noront needs more nickel to skyrock it's SP. Noront could find more nickel on Fancamp land, but Noront would have to make a friendly offer. FNC fully diluted is less then 50mil. Management, Sheridon (not sure how much he's involved) plus my friends almost own enough percentage to block a lowball offer. So Noront would have to take a different, more humbling approach to Fancamp then they did with Freewest.

However, there will never be a joining between Fandcamp and Noront, unless a Major owns both. Again, I call back to my first post. All CEOs need to communicate with their shareholders the SP they can expect, or if they are selling properties, the profits they can expect. Cliffs stole Freewest = amateur CEO's are over.

I feel both Noront and Fancamp would benefit jointly, but I would want to see some concessions from Wes and team. I'd like to see that we retail are not pesky nuisences, but folks who deserve profit from SP. Folks who deserve to be in the loop. Folks who should not be toyed with and snowballed. That even if we owned a small percentage, compared to the large fund-holders, that percentage relative to our personal wealth probably is a significant percentage and should be treated resepectfully. Respect = profit. Dividend out earnings. Tell us your future plans. Tell us the status of assays. Full disclosure as once promised. Lead as a CEO should lead.

When applying this attitude towards Fancamp, Smith has got to stop acting amateurish. Certainly his personality has lent itself to a chuckle or two at his wait and see strategy. But at somepoint, he's got to deliver the money, not based on proximity to Noront and other's efforts, but on his own negotiating power. How long will he sit on a property before he sees his gravestone erected and finally get motivated? He's held Magpie for how long? What advertising efforts has he made? What efforts has he made to join Noront in exloring Ghostridge and probe indicators on FNC land near E-nest? Mr. Smith, ask yourself, why would Wes want to team with someone like you? What do you bring to the table? Be realistic.

In addition, Mac is on the board now. Smith is getting advice from Don and Mac. I doubt they'll advise a joining between Fancamp and Noront. Conclusion, Noront won't be able to buy out Fancamp, so Noront will be going at this alone. If Fancamp finds more nickel, Noront by proximity added to their own ore, will skyrocket, attracting a major's serious offer. Therefore, it really doesn't hurt Wes to share info with Smith. Can you think of a reason not to get friendly with Smith?

At some point, Wes needs to realize, we are all in this together now. Either we get enough Ore or we sink.
