Why did they not issue a NR to that affect that drilling has commenced again ?

didn't they do this? sort of weird. This is what i think may have happened... they didn't start, but were planning to start, and now have to delay the START of the drilling activities...

How many juniors had a NR about shutting down?

Eurasian minerals positioned in Haiti had to suspend their activities because of relief effort support.

Stopping activities needs to be explained to the public, PR is compulsory.

Did SPQ,KWG, etc .issue any NR about the Blockade?

No. Look on the bright side. We have honest management. They are updating us.
