Why create confusion with your assumptions ;

yes the deal maybe sealed and signed by march 10th but the first nation people were looking for serious commitments from the mining companies and they got them in the form of signed deals between the parties .

The decision was made to lift the blockade as from February the 18th .

Therefore regular working conditions will apply and with the supplies flowing normal activities on the drilling sites will start.
