Part of the problem is that Matrix has the bigger capacity that Noront requires and FN have not been able to match capacity or price yet. I know they want the jobs but they need to be able to do things as well as other companies and at a competive price. There is a learning curve here and I think their partnership in Great Slave will help them catch up but until then things will be tricky.
