Our company in the NWT had to JV with a companiy from NWT and SNC had to JV as well to make NKSL to work at Diavik. It was the rules to do business and similar will happen here. This time is tough to those who see nothing but work stopage but anyone who knows that this is part of the plan that all new mines go through in Canada are pleased with all the so called problems as it means what it always means, success. Don't get sidetracked by the worried or those who want you to be more worried. Everything is working according to what needs to happen.
