As far as I know nobody has done a bankable feasibility study and I don't think any one has put their P.Eng stamp on any report related to the economic development of the ROF. IMO the only things you can go on are 1) what did it take for other deposits to turn into economic developments and 2) compare that with conditions for NOT.

There are of course great uncertainties because we don't know what the next drill will show, but based on history of other developments it is possible to at least set minimum conditions that have to be satisfied.

Remember it is a big difference between starting a new mine in an existing mining camp such as the Sudbury area, with starting a whole new mining camp.
