Profit takers need to sell to someone and those buyers are institutionals and a few savy retailers that still have cash to utilize. Just my slant on what I think.

If I were Cliffs I would buy up all worthwhile ( those that already show signs of having something ) real estate around Noront to prevent Noront from expanding further.

Once Noront is cornered, go for the jugular.
