why does Citigroup wait all day to dump a load in the last few minutes when they could have sold much higher during the day. Go on.... tell me you don't know! Yes my friends it looks like the same old eternal song being sung again. Amazing how it goes on for ever. OSC...... Only Silence Commission? Today's was minor compared to what we've seen over the last months.
