"I don't think CLF wants NOT.

But, I think at some point there will be interest in NI. Who else is going

to hit NI big?"

And there again maybe Cr isn't the issue, maybe Ni isn't truly the issue either but still attractive, maybe the real issue is the PMs. We know there are highly significant numbers for the PGE's and they trump a lot of other values. It is these elements that will likely perk the taste of major interest. If Clf isn't interested in NOT and no one else is at the moment, what could possibly be the interest in being involved in NOT? More to the point, why is someone working so hard to keep the sp down if there is no interest? If NOT is such a dog why are people having to work so hard and in such ernest to make everyone think it is. Perhaps they feel that if they squelch the momentum, like today, they can go back to resting again with subtle pushes to keep NOT in line, so that they can bore people out of this stock and quietly collect the shares. Or is there an interested party that wants to move sooner than later which is why we have a full court press on this stock. Lot's of theories, waiting for facts.
