Hoov, at the risk of missing the point, what might represent a "hostile takeover" to management or control group does not necessarily represent a hostile takeout attempt to the broader shareholder base. There are some obvious and some less obvious reasons for this. Realistically, most investors will consider any significant offer to be a value-adding occurrence for the the obvious reason it incites and accelerates competition to gain control of the resource. For example, FWR did not go for the NOT proposal but were quite happy in the majority with the end result. That is exactly what we as investors would welcome. We can always say no.
