I held 15,000 shares in GGP in the US at 50 cents, which I sold at 50 cents months later. I knew it was worth $20 per share based on the paper value of assets alone, but I got nervous and wanted to move my money around. It is now trading close to $17 and climbing every week. It just took time and 1 company to make an offer.

A lesson learned.

This stock is worth more than 1.50, duh.
