A F Sudbury, all that you state I also agree with that possibility BUT that was not the basis for my belief that Noront's Chromite and all other development would or could be delayed or even not possible.
My basis is that there is a lack of necessary infrastructure for development to occur.
Most important is all year transportation of product to market.
I expect Ontario government to put in a permanent road. Natives need it just as much as the mining companies, so it has to occur. Better sooner than later.

One or both are necessary. If at least one is not present, mine costruction could happen but delivery of metal to market would be a hindrance if not prohibitive.
There is also a need for a substantial delivery of energy. That diesel generator will not suffice and fairly expensive,imo. A transmission line is needed to take advantage of hydro and nuclear power. Ontario electrical rates are an issue, per the Ontario budget.
