Only God knows where Herb is.

My guess is that Manitoba had some heavy winds lately and he is stuck repairing hydro lines in some back corner of the province.
I can not see a party being successfull without his blessing.

p.s Just where is this Hockey Arena? Could it be one of those that has play-offs occuring?
