"every little tinhorn exploration stock is flying like there is no tomorrow but not noront."
So ask the question - What is different about Noront from those Tin Horns?
Well there are the largest land claims is a most valuable region.
How about most discoveries in those claims.
And then most advanced projects in the region.
So with these things named, they are merely the tip of the ice berg, why would this not fly and the tin horns do?
The answer should be self evident.

Ever wonder that Xstrata has not shown their hand in the Ring?
It appears so natural for them to be a participant.
They have problems in South Africa so why not place some more of their investment in Canada?
Your answer lies in the Kidd mine in Timmins.
Yes, unions.
Repeat same for Vale.
And Canada is lauded as an ideal place for mining? Ask that of the above two companies.

Natives near the Ring want development. Of course they do, it means money in their pockets that otherwise they have very little of.
Where the problem occurs is that they provide little in aid and often want more then their due especially if they are tens of kilometers away and their claim of ownership is dubious.
What they have is occasional use of the land which is not affected much by mining.
So how much is the compensation for that potential loss of use worth? Not as much as claimed.
4.
Environmental, another often over blown issue.
While in the early stages of discovery and exploration in a region of almost no services the actions of exploration companies is often as in the Wild West of old, they are held
responsible for clean ups.
If there is a lack or negligence it is just as much a problem for the jurisdictions for not
having appropriate regulations in place and most of all, not the means to oversee and
enforce. Boys will play and transgress, that is their nature.

Drill the chromite body? Nickel body, with it's associated metals, is more desirable and so
there is a limitation on how many drills we have at our disposal. Hence the apparent bias against chromite. Also applies to Vanadium.
I expect next news to be of assays from JJJ or of Feasibility study on Eagle's.
Then within weeks after those, deep drill results from Eagle's.
These are my opinions for the weekend. Please feel obliged to criticise, I could use the input.
Cheers.
