Is it really a rush or is it, as another poster mentioned, that the burn rate has gone to the sky with deep drills, blockades and a drilling campaign that is on fire? Why NOT an NR first, I would think that has been answered with the ostensible premium added to the "present" sp. Kind of flies below the radar too doesn't it? Does the OSC, what ever that means, have a formula by which the bells ring when pp numbers and sp's don't add up.... such that when an sp drops and creates something of a premium against the pp price, the bells don't go off? Now that the NR is out there, I would estimate a bit of a stall time and an appropriate wait before the sp begins to move.

My best guess is that something pretty major is set to happen and the buddies are being invited on the plane before the take off. I suspect the drills are simply verifying what the studies are indicating is there and the boys are just putting on their napkins for the feast. They will have bought their cheap tickets soon enough. I suspect the drills are already speaking but as usual, we will be the last to hear.

I wonder if any of the BOD will be picking up on the flowthrough.
