I see only one base, and that is the solid block of Bids at $1.50 with a bit of a leader at 1.51.

It looks to me like early this morning out friends the Asks saw the base and went into hiding for a while being afraid of being taken out by that Bid build.

However with the Bids standing pat and not advancing some Asks got up courage and are chipping away at the Bid wall. Mind you the volume is on a rate below daily average.

The Asks are not strong nor confident. They do not know any more than we do as to what to expect and when.
