So let me get this straight, a pp is organized behind closed doors, at a lower sp with the tax write off. By the time retail finds out entities have sold down the stock to raise money to buy the pp with the money they have taken out of our stock. Now i know that some will have the opportunity to participate in the flow throught shares but only a few have the opportunity to sell down the sp because of forward knowledge. If you ask me this kind of knowledge of an upcoming pp should be considered insider information. Just my humble opinion.
