Kermode Exploration Announces Early Warning

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) - Kermode Exploration Ltd. ("Kermode" or the "Company") wishes to announce that on April 13, 2010, Richard Nemis ("Nemis") acquired ownership of 3,425,000 common shares of Kermode in a private transaction. This acquisition represents approximately 36.6% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kermode.

Nemis did not own any securities of Kermode prior to the transaction mentioned above.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and Nemis could increase or decrease his investment in Kermode depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
