Kermode Exploration Announces Early Warning
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) - Kermode Exploration Ltd. ("Kermode" or the "Company") wishes to announce that on April 13, 2010, Richard Nemis ("Nemis") acquired ownership of 3,425,000 common shares of Kermode in a private transaction. This acquisition represents approximately 36.6% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kermode.
Nemis did not own any securities of Kermode prior to the transaction mentioned above.
