NOT has never jumped on the rail road bandwagon. They've always stated that they would consider varied options for moving the ore. NOT seems to be remaining independent/aloof thus what CLF does isn't as impacting or should not be seen as such for NOT. After today folks, nothing surprises me. No stock is immune from the crap and manipulation once it begins to be a serious enterprise. They've manipulated gold, silver, markets and economies on a grand scale. If we're lucky we can avoid the shrapnel.
