As we all know they are raising $15M for the PP, and I believe this financing closes May 12.

I would guess that the majority of funds provided for this will be coming from the sales of regular Noront shares on the market. So take $15M of buying pressure out of the market and it's more likely that we'd see a price drop. That's exactly what I am doing, for the record...
