TORONTO, Aug. 26 /CNW/ - Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront") (TSX Venture:
NOT) is pleased to announce the completion of the private placement financing
originally announced on August 6, 2009. Noront issued 8,928,500 flow-through
common shares ("Flow-Through Shares") at a price of $2.80 per Flow-Through
Share to raise gross proceeds of $24,999,800 (the "Offering").

This is the last PP done,the one you are talking about is just that A SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE.
