You lose net tonnage if the results are below average - that is what the 43-101 is, an average for the whole thing.

The average price per hole is somewhere 500-600$/ton so how is over three times that going to decrease the net assets? Not logical my friend.

In-fill drilling generally adds not subtracts because one usually drills unknown territory and anything that is found adds to the total.
