IMO,this all has to do with price suppression of most of the ROF companies (even on good news) so as to keep the price of SPQ/KWG no higher then .13 so that CLIFF could succeed in their takeover quest. You would be surprized at what effort someone ( ie you know who ) will go to to get what they want as cheaply as possible. Just my views on what is taking place out there.
