Great letter, but the OSC can't do anything because its not manipulation by brokers. Its manipulation from the Cliffs shareholders wanting to keep Noront lower for their main stock CLIFFS RESOURCES. They will benifit more if Cliffs can run over the little guys. So what if they loose 100,000 each when they will get it back when Cliffs wins. This can be done as they just buy shares and sell shares normaly in Noront and other ROF. We know what we have here and so do the Cliffs shareholders. They did it from $2+ down with FWR and they are doing it with SPQ and when they come for NOT the offer will be $1.80 on monthly average. This is the manipulation that OSC needs to investigate. Buying at $1.20 is a no-brainer with a finish for Noront coming about $2.50 unless we have something to release to stop them. Like support from another major or the sale of the chromite or partnership. Something must be in our mangements plan to cut them off at the knees. The little guys are getting smarter with each takeover.
