I don't buy the summer blues idea anymore.

Exactly, because summer doldrums is pure bulls$$& for exploration plays !

It´s all about news and favourable results !

I can tell you about quite a few companies that actually have a nice run-up based on news (in the middle of the the so-called summer doldrums).

Makes you wonder why people turn up on various boards just to point out that there will be no news for quite a while (how do they know? good example from last year, btw)!

But these will be exactly those people that will tell us that they bought in big time just before the spectacular news in the middle of the summer have hit the streets :-)
