Two things.. firstly, if you don't like what seems to be happening with the company then your DD should be telling you to sit on the sidelines until you are happy or chose to walk away permanently.

Secondly, I believe that NOT has been the company that actually has FN support and the blockade was a message to all parties, with NOT obliging in a show of good faith, to recognize the FN position. So I don't believe you can legitimately call NOTs involvements bad decisions or a mess. You'll need to evaluate once the facts have been revealed some time down the road. In the meantime all investors need to have operated on their own financial fundamentals. In the end it's the numbers that we all are looking to anyway.
