People may pay you a few cents and take the risk of losing it all if the stock does not go above the $4.00 strike price. If it goes to $5.00 they make a lot. Since you hold the warrents you are on the other side of the risk. You may be able to get a few cents or $'s for them before the expiry date or hold on and miss out on the gain if the stock doesn't rise. The warrants are now essentially worthless except that someone may be willing to bet (by buying) that the stock will go above $4.00.

A google search will give you a lot of info on warrants and this site rates them weekly
