Message: Re: On another note -trading of warrants (Sag)

Hi Sag

I too have some of the NOT warrants, which are worthless at the moment.

You ask:

" Now why would anyone want to buy those shares from me today. For example if I hold 1000 warrant shares why would anyone want to buy them off me for $4,000 when they could have gone to the market today and bought over 3500 shares at even today's high of $1.13..."

I don't think anyone will be buying any of these warrants for quite sometime.

As I look at it, it's like a long term extremely "way out of the money" option. Valueless now, but will gain in value as NOT's stock price nears the strike price of $4.00. The warrants expire in 2014. Let's say that next year sometime NOT shareprice is $3.50. Well, in that case, you know that 4 years from now, NOT will be selling way above $4. so you will be willing to pay a certain amount to be able to purchase these warrants entitling you to buy NOT at $4.00 a share, at the time it is selling far above that.

Did I make any sense?!

Hope so.
