I have absolutely no doubt that JJ is respected for the work she does..that is not the issue.

My comments were in regards to the amount of money/shares /options she was awarded and the title of vice president.

Basically she was an IR person and she is not an engineer or geologist.

As one former IR person commented.....this does not make sense.

Please don't interpret or infer that my comments said anything negative about her work ethic or her reputation.
