"Jitney is a very large, deep discount broker, used by a lot of day traders."
Are you not using the term 'day trader' a bit loosely here?
What I have heard is that Jitney does not have many individual clients so it is not day traders but other brokers and institutional investors commonly use this brokerage as a proxy for their actions.
Mind you much of that action consisting of small lot trades would appear as day trading but a large portion of them being one or two lots, one has to do so with no broker fee attached. Most day traders do not fall into that category, brokers do.
Re properties:
"At this point, I think we would be best to separate the chromite properties so that they can get sold and leave Noront with the Eagles and other potential properties."
I vaguely remember a comment on this forum that Noront, or similar, stated that all needs to be done is make a shaft at Eagle's Nest and from there make horizontal tunnels to the other near by deposits, same applies to would be deposits.
It is not that easy to separate them because the implication is that they are interconnected and probably a continuous smorgasbord of metals ( not just chromite) along the fault lines.
It is most economical to have all these deposits in one pair of hands so that they can be excavated as one continuous works.
You seemed to go along these thoughts but did not fully go there, lol so I embelish them. Otherwise good suggestions that got me thinking, Thanks.
