Hi, you have made some excellent points and I agree with you . Mgt. of all public companies must always remember who the owners are and who generally funds them,at least in the beginning . Mgt.,must always take their fudiciary responsibilities to shareholders seriously. It seems that in some instances mgt of some public companies run the business as if it was their own,keeping transparency of operations,activities,information ,etc. at a bare minimun to shareholders.
