Your rant is pretty much what I jump around saying to the walls every day. Then I sit down and remember back to my youth in the bush and the problems and workload that was put upon to complete in the too frozen, too hot, too dark, too noisy, too muddy enviorment. Then as the years went by and I moved into an office, I saw the money side with the phone calls and visits from investors, the delays that made talking to people an exercise in control of thought and the waiting for news from the bush worse than what the investors felt, when all you can say is stuff like this takes time.
There are mountains of core with five drills working and not many people that can finalize the results. A hodgepodge of results will not make any sence to the program and I sit like I used too, wishing it will all turn out and I can finally sleep knowing what I suspect will happen, happens. It is mostly out of my hands and even if some are lousy at what they do, the majority will take up and complete the job.
