Gives first nations the rule over the land WHAT is their problem? They will have to decide how to alocate resources What is their problem? They are being given money for education and training What is their problem? Industry has to convince THEM the plan is good and the resources are necessary. What is their Problem ?

No-one HAS SAID THE LANDS IN QUESTION IN THE Ring Of Fire cant be developed !!!YET. What is our Problem.

Treat the people of the north with respect, offer what is just, and all can prosper not (not a pun) just the gready few..
