I was surprised by the news. I had spoken to Joanne on many occasions. We got to know each other when representing NOT. She was also kind enough to invite me to one of the AGMs.

When I read the news of her departure I spent a day pondering my position in Noront. As I owned both Noront and Probe I decided to move the majority of my holding into Probe. I have owned probe for several years and I have spoken to Karen and Dave on many occasions. In fact, I call Karen twice a weeks now as we wait for news.

My original plan was to wait for Noront to rise and then move 50% into PRB. I could not wait any longer for Noront. When Joanne left it was all I needed to make a move. In addition, Joanne's departure motivated me to move 75% of my Noront holding into PRB. Thus far the move has worked out but in this game things can change in a heartbeat.

It was hard to sell Noront shares and move them into PRB. I definitely believe Noront is undervalued at the current price. All I can say is, "I will be back".....with many times the amount I left with. ....If something looks bad (jj leaving Noront) then it probably is...

Sorry to see leave Joanne. You have always been good to me!
