`I think what they may be saying is

We have no more results from the short drills and the deep drills are having a long hard time getting accurate results. So we may have a while looking for the other locations and the need for frozen conditions to drill these so we will need more money. With not much news happening later may not be better and we have someone who wants to give us more money now. We best take it. Not many exploration/development companies won't take the money when offered. Remember how much everyone howled at the $4 PP rip-off. I am fished too but do recognize that money is always needed.
