Yes, this is a good discussion, but it unfortunately seems to go no further than just discussion on this board. There does seem to be considerable concern surrounding news releases and the timing of such. Perhaps what should be done is that several of our more knowledgable posters and hub leaders should bring these concerns to the OSC directly through letters. Maybe the shareholders themselves have to act as the checks and balances. Yes, maybe there is no one watching the day to day activities of the 1000 plus companies on this index. These letters should ask for direct responses to the concerns raised that appear to many to be, "clear evidence of violations".
