NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
How crazy of me to leave out the most important point on how this management team has manipulated this stock....the flow-through
Now, keep in mind that I have brought this up before....how a flow through @ $1.25 was equivalent to about .80 give or take
What I didn't discuss was the insider trading and how this relates to the flow through
Now anyone who was able to get in on this flow through.....it was a no brainer, risk free....to sell any and all shares above .80 and replace those with the flow through shares. And that is exactly what this management team has done as well, as demonstrated by the last update of insider trading activities.
How about that for confidence folks. They couldn't even use new money to buy the flow throughs; rather they dictate to the market a lack of confidence by selling old shares to buy new shares. So why would we expect any different from ....their friends. And I use the term friends because it does seem that this latest flow through was exclusive.
So...in summary....the stock is now down in the 80's because ...
1) management has communicated to the market that that is what the stock is worth through their latest flow through PP
2) management reinforced that idea by showing the market their lack of confidence by not using new money to buy the flow through shares; knowing full well that insider trading activity is there for all to see
So...again I ask....is this manipulation....or incompetence?
