It sure is. Therefore, perhaps, it's a good time to start thinking of strategies that work for one's temperament so as not to get caught the next time. At the least one can make a learning situation out of what seems to be currently a losing situation. Those that learn to adapt will fair better. If one is happy to wait it out then there is no worry for that person. There are a good number who apparently are not.
