I don't really see where the OSC will be involved, other than accepting CLF's decision.

CLF is a US company that has chosen to report in Canada with the OSC's blessing. If they have now chosen to discontiue that arrangement, there is little for the OSC to do other than accept the decision.

That there is likely something nefarious in play, goes without saying. Some of us will have foreseen the next move here and will benefit. Those of us that are waiting to see what happens before making their move may find themselves chasing it again.
