Elections coming so there are likely to be a few gifts for northern Ontario. A likely gift would be funding for an all weather road. Such would speed up the development time line. Anyone with any aspirations would have to get moving. Hmmm. Whether it is PRB or NOT, or any other combination, matters little imho. Most important to me is that Cliffs decided not to be bound by regulations. So why, and why now? Ten percent reporting could be part of it but that has not been an impediment in the past, I cite Freewest, so why now? I suspect that they expect a dirty fight and are taking their gloves off in advance. Now with whom would they expect a dirty fight with? Again, Hmmm. Take a guess.
