True and they will because they already have their foot in KWG's door. They do not buy it now because KWG acts as a front man for them in negotiations with the natives and governments.

Cliffs, being an american company has a pr problem in Canada. Hence they will not buy unless forced. They were by Noront with FWR.

Cliffs buying KWG would not speed things up any imho, and likely would slow things down, again natives and permit processes.
