It may take some time but somebody, somewhere will be looking to own this chromite someday. There are many places that mine chromite around the world where there is more than one company with one mine at a deposit. These mines are scratching out 20%chromite at a profit and out of neccesity because they don't have 38%-42% ore. They will come in when the infrastructure is better. 10 years will change a lot around here. As a trading venue it is not counted but for a long term put in your drawer to pass down, priceless. When Noront is closer to finishing up the current project startup, a simple access to the chromite could be concidered to keep the entire project profitable with a few 100,000 ton + a year sales.
