What if financing is part of the deal to secure a loan?

Maybe this buy-in is part of a larger plan. A plan where Baosteel will provide us with the loan needed to pay for our part of the infrastructure, cost to build the mine WITHOUT further dilution?

If this is the case it still depends on the interest rate they will be charging but to me that could work out just fine.
