Message: What if financing is part of the deal to secure a loan?

Isn't this what we expected from the Chinese. We have heard their MO is to purchase a signicant, but not a controlling, position in a producer so as to secure a stable materials supply. We heard they don't like paying a premium (who does really). Imo, at this point, great news. We got what we were aking for, we have a major player in the ROF and they are aligned with and backing Noront. Given everytihing else, the price is reasonable, keep in mind they have entered very early. That may mean they see the vast opportunity in the risk (like we do) or they have been assured that the Ontario government will be involved in the infrastructure developement in a big way. Would not be surprised to hear something about that by June. And yes, debt financing can be be a viable alternative for sure.
