Seems to me NOT with Bao in the wings is the end all in the ROF. The land package is enormous and the mine is pretty close to a sure thing at this point. NOT has practically guaranteed financing and a white knight ready to go, not to mention the trump cards they are holding. I believe within the next few months or even weeks there will be some big buying and substantial price movement, so now is the time to hit the buy button IMO. I am tapped out to the max, so I will just sit and enjoy the show that will unfold this year. Good Luck.
